The Empress

Seated in a fertile garden, the Empress embodies the power of nurturing and growth. Things are blossoming naturally: relationships gently watered, projects steadily taking shape, body and mind cared for. She also encourages you to be kind to your feelings and your body, letting creativity flow through relaxation.

Reversed, the Empress points to an imbalance of care: over-giving to the point of depletion, or neglected self-care and stalled creativity. She invites you to refill your own cup first — only by caring for yourself can you keep caring for the people and things you love.
